The skirt itself is ok. Definetly size down. I’m a 27 waist but the Small was way too big everywhere. Too loose on the waist, too long and really wide. So I need to order an XS if I still want the skirt. Unfortunately, many outfits are not available in store and lately I have been finding that the sizes have been off mostly in bottoms/dresses. It’s really difficult to shop when items are rarely available in store and are only online. This makes it difficult to try things on for that perfect fit.
