Fit Doesn't Work on Short Torsos

Since I have a small torso and longer legs, the dress doesn't work around my waist. The wrap around is made to go lower, hence not adjustable to work with my body type. Had to return.

Unflattering, too low cut, and doesn't cinch waist

This dress is not flattering at the latest, I got a small and I was floating in it. Also the neckline is too drapey and annoying.
