very small size and not exchangeable on final sale

Size didn’t fit although I bought one size bigger, medium instead of small , and because it’s final sale I can not exchange it or return it . But I ordered it online and it was not available in stores so How Am I supposed to order the exact fit on me especially when it is not true to size ! I am very disappointed by your customer service and won’t order anything from your store again .
